Pitching Instruction will be held at Langan Baseball in a Private, Semi-Private, or Group sessions
All pitching lessons are based on Biomechanics to obtain proper posture, leg drive, and arm slots. Drill work will be done to obtain proper throwing mechanics on and off the mound.
